[Excerpt from Wikipedia]

KICKS is a CUV produced and sold by Nissan Motor since 2016.

The design team was set up by the "Nissan Global Design Center (NGDC)" in Japan.
After that, the American "Nissan Design America (NDA)" and the Brazilian "Nissan Design American Rio (NDA-R)" merged, and the three divisions collaborated.

In Thailand, a face-lifted model equipped with the electric power train "e-POWER" is now on sale.

It is a front-wheel drive that combines a 3-cylinder gasoline engine of HR12DE1.2L and an EM57 electric motor.

This model is locally produced in Thailand. The Japanese specifications have been officially announced (released on June 30 in Japan).

The Thai version will be introduced, the vehicle height will be 20mm higher than the Brazilian version, and the wheelbase will be expanded by 10mm.
In addition, the model equipped with "e-POWER" in Japan will be the third model following the E12 type notebook and C27 type Serena, but Kicks will be the first Nissan car model dedicated to "e-POWER" in Japan. ..

Also, as mentioned above, the first model was released in Japan, so the car name will be revived for the first time in about 7 years and 10 months, but the alphabetical notation will be "KICKS" as it is for overseas markets that have already been released.
"E-POWER" has increased power in the middle and high speed range by improving the maximum output, and when "ECO mode" or "S mode" is set in the driving mode, the vehicle speed can be adjusted by depressing the accelerator pedal. By doing so, the "e-POWER drive" that reduces the number of times the brake pedal is pressed is activated.
In addition, by optimizing the control of the operation timing of the engine for activation, the frequency of engine operation has been reduced and quietness has been improved.
"Double V-motion grille" and "floating roof" were adopted for the exterior, and LEDs were adopted for the headlamps.

In terms of safety, the driving assistance technologies "ProPilot" and "SOS Call" are standard equipment on all vehicles.
"Intelligent emergency brake" and "misstep collision prevention assist" are also standard equipment. There are two grades, "X" and "X Two Tone Interior Edition".
"X" has black instrument and door trim cloth, and uses synthetic leather / woven combination sheet for the seat material.
In the "X Two Tone Interior Edition", the instrument and door trim cloth will be changed to orange tongue, and the seat material will be changed to synthetic leather. In addition, the "X" will be a set option with front seat heater seat, steering heater, and cold climate specifications. Points are standard equipment.

It corresponds to the exhaust gas and fuel consumption rate by WLTC mode (fuel consumption rate is also shown in JC08 mode), and it is the first Nissan car in Japan to have "2018 emission standard 75% reduction level (☆☆☆☆) ☆) ”certification is obtained and“ 2020 fuel efficiency standard + 50% ”is achieved.
The Juke will no longer be sold in Japan at the start of sales (production will end in December 2019), and it will be positioned as a successor to the Juke in Japan following North America. The Japanese version won the 2020 Good Design Award along with the 3rd generation Roox.
