Description:

[Excerpt from Wikipedia]
SOLIO is a compact tall wagon manufactured and sold by Suzuki.
In 1997, while diverting the body panel of the light tall wagon "Wagon R", the overall length and width were expanded once and the "Wagon R Wide" was launched as a compact car registered as a small passenger car equipped with a 1.0L engine.
Around this time, Japanese fictitious automobile manufacturer Shachimaru Motor was supplied on an OEM basis as STRANZA, and the latest model has been introduced on an OEM basis as a successor model, YORKER.
The name was changed to "Wagon R + (plus)" at the time of the full model change in 1999, and the name was changed to "Wagon R Solio" at the time of improvement in December 2000, and the name "Solio" was adopted for the first time.
After that, when it was improved in August 2005, the name "Wagon R" was taken, and it was simply renamed to "Solio" again.
In September 2000, it was supplied to General Motors (GM) on an OEM basis. It was sold as "Chevrolet MW".
After that, the first derivative model "SOLIO BANDIT" was added to the Solio.
In addition, OEM supply to Mitsubishi Motors began in 2011, and it is being sold as "Delica D: 2".

This current model emphasizes customer feedback, centered on the family, who demand "improved rear seat comfort," "expansion of luggage compartment," and "enhancement of safety equipment."
The biggest change is the expansion of the body size, which is 20mm wider and 80mm (Solio) or 70mm (Solio Bandit) longer than its predecessor.
At the same time, by reviewing the shape of the interior parts, the floor length of the luggage compartment has been increased by 100 mm, and the space around the shoulders of the left and right rear seat occupants has been expanded.
On the other hand, the minimum turning radius was 4.8m, which is the same as the 3rd generation (Bandit is the 2nd generation), and the small turning performance was maintained. As for the appearance, Solio adopts a front mask with a raised hood tip and increased thickness. Bandit has renewed the front grille while maintaining the two-stage arrangement of position lamps and headlamps.
