Hi!

This is my first asset for cities skyline, a fictionnal Fish Trade Center.
You will need the Sunset Harbour DLC to find it. The snow DLC is just required for the tables of the terrace.
The facade reminds Japanese culture by the Shou Sugi Ban technique or Yakisugi. It creates a neutral and natural atmosphere by its black burned wood aspect.
