Description:

Helmsley Building is located in 230 Park Avenue, just north of Grand Central Terminal in NYC. IRL there are two pedestrian streets that go through this building on the left and right, as well as two single lane roads that go through this building. In real life, these roads make an elevation and make a turn. I made small openings on both sides should you choose to make it more accurate to the real world. But I’ve also made straight roads possible by clearing out the shops on the back of this building.

This building being a Beaux Arts skyscraper has many details that made my arse bleed but most of them are there.. Anyways enjoy and let me know if anything looks sus.
