Description:

A highway with four lanes, two in both directions, compacting city highways to a smaller size with better traffic flow. Features sound barriers to dampen noise.

Requires both the industries and mass transit DLC to function.

Recommended but not required is a traffic control mod to control the lanes to prevent on/off ramps from causing cross traffic jams.
