Kit Homes – Sears – The Corona
Corona is derived from the Latin word for crown. Please refrain from any comments or jokes about anything else. Keep it classy, please.
Oddly, there is no sales blurb included in the Sears Modern Homes catalog for this one. Also, unlike the other homes I’ve recreated from the Sears catalogs so far, this one was not offered pre-cut and pre-fitted, meaning the builder would actually need a saw (and perhaps some additional skill) to build one of these.

I have used real world examples of these houses for reference, which may have also differed further than what was shown in the catalog.

Features:
Level 4 growable (3 tile wide lot) There are no lot variations included, but there are four roof color variations included for additional variety. The house is intentionally off centered within the lot to allow for a larger side yard (setback on a corner lot), or to leave space to add a driveway and garage.
