It’s just some type of modern-looking high-rise designed by myself.

Maintenance cost: 7500
Monument level: 3
Size: 9×12
Tourists: 175 (all)
Workers: 120 (all)
Asset specs:
Tris: 1104 (main), 894 (LOD)
Textures: 2048×2048 (main), 512×512 (LOD)

I would be very glad if you could leave a comment about what to redesign (or just tip or opinion) because I’m new to making assets. And if there is any problem with this model, please inform me, I’ll do my best to fix it.
Of course I plan to make some updates in the near future (like RICO compatibility) and make another asset with smaller growable version.
