This is a standalone, rescaled version of the Centrio Mall group of assets. Apart from its many shops, the mall comes with a park behind it, making it perfect for your downtown/commercial district, so you can give your cims the supermall feels!

Centrio is a huge shopping mall in Cagayan de Oro City. Following the concept of shop, dine, live, work, and play, the entire complex occupies 3.7 hectares at the heart of the city’s central business district.
