代々木ゼミナール Yozemi Tower
This serves as an alternative to the smaller default universities if you have a very densely populated city and are in need of more education. It is 132 meters tall with 36 floors. It is based on a building in Tokyo, Japan.
The main model has 2,011 tris with 1024×1024 diffuse, specular, alpha, normal, and illumination textures.
The lod has 118 tris with 512×512 diffuse, specular, normal, and illumination textures.
