Morroni Custom Tailor
Guy walks into a tailor shop to pick up his suit. The tailor hands him a jacket and pair of pants. The guy says “But I had a 3-piece suit.”
Tailor says “The vest is yet to come.”

Morroni Custom Tailor has been open in the Philadelphia area since 1993. Its the place to go for bespoke suits and expert alternations. I adopted the storefront to a building style I liked from Leslieville neighborhood of Toronto.
I created four different versions of this building to create a little clothing row within Little Italy. There is a Hat Shop, Bridal shop, Shoe Repair Shop, and this Custom Tailor.. They should look great all plopped in a row.
This shop is one of the first wave from my Little Italy collection I plan to publish in the coming months where I take independent Italian American businesses with appealing vintage signage that have endured for decades in places like NYC, Philly, Detroit, St Louis, SF, etc.. Expect to see pasta shops, cheese shops, cafes, bakeries, butchers and much more.

Two signage props are includes. A circular blade sign with a 512×512 texture. And the main sign is a PROP with a 256×1024 texture. The signage lights up at night.
I created a color map for the main model to allow you to tint the brick slightly with painter mod.
