Del Monico is a hat shop that opened in 1908 in New Haven, CT and is still open to this day. I adopted the storefront to a building style I liked from Leslieville neighborhood of Toronto.
I created four different versions of this building to create a little clothing row within Little Italy. There is a Bridal Shop, Shoe Repair Shop, Custom Tailor, and this Hat Shop. They should look great all plopped in a row.
This shop is one of the first wave from my Little Italy collection I plan to publish in the coming months where I take independent Italian American businesses with appealing vintage signage that have endured for decades in places like NYC, Philly, Detroit, St Louis, SF, etc.. Expect to see pasta shops, cheese shops, cafes, bakeries, butchers and much more.

The signage is a PROP with a 128×1024 texture. This allows the cursive writing to have great resolution. The signage lights up at night.
I created a color map for the main model to allow you to tint the brick slightly with painter mod.
