A fictional bridal shop that draws some inspiration from stores in Philly and Toronto. The storefront windows look great when you take screenshots from street level. The word Fiorella means Flower in Italian.
The building mimics a style from Leslieville in Toronto. I created four different versions of this building to create a little clothing row within Little Italy. There is a Hat Shop, Shoe Repair Shop, Custom Tailor, and this bridal shop. They should look great all plopped in a row.
This shop is one of the first wave from my Little Italy collection I plan to publish in the coming months where I take independent Italian American businesses with appealing vintage signage that have endured for decades in places like NYC, Philly, Detroit, St Louis, SF, etc.. Expect to see pasta shops, cheese shops, cafes, bakeries, butchers and much more.

The signage is part of the main mesh. So no custom props with this building.
I created a color map for the main model to allow you to tint the brick slightly with painter mod.
