UK Council Flat
Based on the thousands of low rise social housing up and down the United Kingdom, this is a 4 storey Council Flat with balcony windows. Typically built from the 1970s-1980s, this flat in particular is based on a series built within Swinton, South Yorkshire.
Item in game is a landmark, but can of course be changed to an actual residential using mods such as RICO.
