All my assets in one collection.
I like a certain kind of futuristic building.
In terms of aesthetics i aim for simple and functional, "hovering" heavy parts, clean but not bright white and with green parts.
In terms of performance i aim for lower tris counts and map sizes.
All growables are RICO compatible and have vanilla stats.
