This asset is inspired by the The Crocodile at 2200 2nd Avenue in Seattle WA. The Crocodile is an independent music club that originally opened in 1991 under the name Crocodile Cafe. The early years for the Croc was the era where bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam thrilled local crowds before exploding nationally when <I>Grunge</i> music took over the rock scene for half a decade. Rolling Stone magazine listed the Crocodile among on their list of Top 10 Clubs in the U.S.
The asset is a unique building, I made this choice to assign the tourism and entertainment stats. Also because I don’t think a club like this makes sense as a commercial growable that occurs over and over in your cities. I placed over 30 flyers and posters and an event calendar along the walls to add to the club vibe. Feel free to get down to ground level to inspect the details. Even the door handles are brass crocodiles!
Best to put this asset on a corner with reasonably flat terrain. You’ll want both the Event entrance and the Back Bar entrance to have frontage along streets.

On the rooftop I believe the AC units are probably vanilla props. I also added "Vent prop 3" from Avanya which is listed in the required items for your ease of subscription. But the asset can standalone without the extra vents.
