Plattenbau IW76 P2-11 No.1-2
Hello Folks,
today I present you an addition and a sort of update for the 11-floors I posted a while ago.
Naming scheme:
The 6 included segments have been named after original blueprints I found.
The blocks have been planned and built in Halle, hence the first three letters "HAL".
"IW" stands for "Industrieller Wohnungsbau" or "Industrial apartment construction", "76" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"P2-11" specifies that the "P2" prefab-standard was used, the "11" obviously states the number of floors each segment has.
"1DS" stands for "1 Doppelsegment"/"1 double segment", as one segment is essentially two houses sharing one entrance.
The "GLL" or "GLR" indicates on which end the side-balconies are, "GLL" being left when seen from main entrance side, "GLR" being right.
The "No.1" of each segment is one color scheme, "No.2" the other one.

In-game:
The segments can be found under their names, starting with "HAL IW76 P2-11 1DS" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
This asset consists of a 6 residential blocks with 4×3 lot size, all with color mapped balconies. Each building is RICO enabled, each segment housing 44 apartments.
The normal segments aren’t flush with the lot boundaries, so using Move It is a must.
The "GLL/GLR" segements are flush with the left and right lot boundaries respectively, so placing "GLL" and "GLR" next to each other is seamless.
This asset shares its rather bulky texture file among each other AND
with the IW76 Mittelganghaus
Using the Loading Screen Mod to tremendously cut down the file size is advised.
