An additional Highway has been added in the top half of the Map to reduce the amount of traffic, most of this is tunnels the only part visable is the bridge it uses to cross the Valley. i would recommend TMPE to change arrows on highways and roundabouts, also change speed of offramps as cars may choose these as a direct path off and back on to the highway, this will cause more traffic in your city. No custom roads just Vanilla and Mass Transit, Temperate style map, collection is fairly small.
