北海道から九州まで走った国鉄の代表的特急電車

■Introduction

The 485 series is a Japanese limited express electric multiple unit (EMU) type introduced in 1964 by Japanese National Railways (JNR) to be able to run anywhere from the northern tip of Hokkaido to the southern island of Kyushu, compatible with AC and DC areas, and also approximately 1,500 vehicles were built. It can be called a masterpiece of JNR Express.
