This elementary school was built in 1956 in a village in the north of Sweden. The style of architecture is very common in schools from the same time period. (Note that the sports hall requires the Green Cities DLC).
The asset was created from the elementary school template and the stats are approximately 1/2 of those of the vanilla school.
The lot size is 3×6 and the ground was kept free from props so that you can add the detailing of your choice.
