Prinzipalmarkt Council Office Tower – Stadthausturm (Münster, Germany)
The Council Office (Stadthaus) of Münster was built in 1907 for the city administration of Münster. After World War II destruction the City tower was the only historic part of the Council office that extant. The rest of the Stadthaus was rebuilt in 50s modernism. Today the Stadthausturm is a very fine example of Renaissance Revival and an important heigh dominant of Prinzipal square.
