Callao 374
This asset was inspired by a building in Buenos Aires (Argentina), located where Avenida Callao crosses Calle Corrientes.
The building combines elements of French neo classical and eclectic styles. It was object of different changes and expansions during the years. This asset corresponds to the current design.
One of the façades facing the inner block features a huge colorful piano graffiti. This piece of art is called #64tonosdebuenosaires, by Jorge Pomar.
The asset is an unique building (price around 10.000). It was meant to be a commercial building, but I felt the tris number was a bit too high. You can easily convert it to commercial building using RICO mod or similar. The asset allows color variations and it has 4 pre-set color variations.
The stats of the mesh are included in one of the pictures above (thanks to mesh info mod!).
