A 1×3 growable level 1 low density commercial property. The trim has colour variation. Using a custom fence found in my Edwardian/Victorian Housing Collection. The awning overhangs into the sidewalk without requiring Move It!

Milk Bars are about as quintessentially Aussie as you can get. Having not grown up here, I’ve only seen them in modern times, shady looking corner stores that look more like fronts for money laundering than actual shopping. I’ve decided to spruce mine up to match my housing pack. And of course I am not using the standard non-serif font for the Milk Bar, so sorry if there are any purists who need that. This one has a Coca-Cola ad painted onto the weatherboard on the side, but I’ve uploaded a pack of 16 Australian ads of various vintages that you can add to the Milk Bar if so desired. You will need More Beautification and Move It! mods to do so.
