Hello all together !

Here comes the second apartment building.
Like the first one, just a boring contemporary styled building. 😉

If you use the RICO Mod, then this building will have 12 apartments.
Ohterwise it´ll be just a "monument – buidling".

Inspired by an apartment building in Boston, but (luckily) no exact replica. 😛

– comes with a working parking lot in the ground floor.

The listed prop packs are just balcony decoration.
Everything will work witrhout them.
