A slimline 12 warehouse yard i made for myself, this is part of a collection of Warehouse yards i made.
It has a integrated one way system to eliminate any heavy traffic, it also has a railway track and road ready to plop a cargo station in.
It has highway roads coming into a roundabout what splits of into the yard and branches off if you need services close by in case your putting it hidden away.
