District Style: Ancient China

You will need the all of the assets in this Collection "Dynastic China" to create the look of an Ancient Chinese city; not just the growables in the District Style.
Ancient Dragon Bay map is without air travel, modern freeways and modern railroads.
Most of the items in this Collection are props; the growables are limited in number (which is a shame). Still, you will be able to create a nice city using everything here. 3×4 is the size for the Courtyard Houses (but these won’t spawn in the District Style, even though they are assigned). 1×2 is the size for the townhouses. Some homes can spawn in 2×2/2×3/2×4. The low commercial is 3×2, some 1×1/1×2/1×3.
Instead of "Subscribe to All" in-game, go to this Collection "Dynastic China" and Subscribe to All then wait until all downloads are complete before launching. It is faster and removes risk of game crash while subscribing, and you will have all the assets you need.
