Plattenbau Berlin QP71-10 No.1
Hello Folks,
in relation to the Global Build-Off: Berlin Edition[www.allbuilds.org], I want to release some Berlin-related buildings for the next weeks. I’m starting off with these two Plattenbau-blocks from Berlin, Holzmarktstraße.
These blocks can be found all over (East-)Berlin, but these both particular color-variants can be found at Berlin, Holzmarktstraße.
Nowadays both buildings are renovated, but I chose to recreate them how they should have looked beforehand.
Naming scheme:
The 2 included buildings are named BER QP71 A103 and A104.
A103 stands for the number of floors, A103 for the number of entrances per block.

In-game:
The blocks can be found under their names, starting with "BER QP71" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau", "Berlin" or "Holzmarktstrasse".
This asset consists of a 2 RICO residential buildings with 9×3 and 11×3 lot size, both with color mapped balconies.
Each building is RICO only, 120 and 160 apartments respectively.
Both segments share texture files among each other. Using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
