I am proud to finally release my first real asset for Cities! This is the half sized former WTC look-alike, tallest building in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 2nd tallest in Oklahoma, and modern marvel of incredibly intricate and complex cubicle block architecture – the BOK (Bank of Oklahoma) Tower.

The BOK Tower (formerly known as One Williams Center) is a skyscraper in Downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. At 203 m (667 ft)[2] in height, the 52-story tower was the tallest building in any of the five "Plains States": Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, as well as the surrounding states of Missouri, Arkansas and New Mexico,[3] until surpassed by Devon Tower in 2011.[4] It was built in 1976 and designed by Minoru Yamasaki & Associates, the same architect who designed the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers in New York City. This structure is very similar to the WTC towers in appearance and construction.[5]

Nah, all jokes aside, this tower has become iconic for the Tulsa area, though I do wish the taller buildings here got more care, as these huge rectangles juxtaposed to mid-century art deco masterpieces is a little… not ideal. Regardless, my model isn’t exactly right. I’m not only new to CSL modding, but to 3d modelling, as well, so the asset is only 640 ft tall rather than 667 ft tall, but that shouldn’t be too much of a difference for Cities. Once I get to modelling for from the area, I’ll likely upscale it to it’s proper size. In the meantime, I hope you like the building, and I hope I did well for my first actual asset.

The required trees and flags are for the lobby below. If you want to keep it light, you do not need to subscribe to them. I’d still recommend subbing to the air ducts for the roof, though.

(I also apologize for the large file size. I’ll be working out how to better optimize assets as I get better, and I’ll try my best to keep things updated!)
