Description:
NOTE:

This is almost the same than v1. HOWEVER, IN V2 I COMPLETELY DISABLED the texture portion used for the cross bracing, and replaced the elevated segment pillars, for the elevated segment pillars from the metro tracks. Now it looks more elegant.

Would you like to see v1?

In case you find this train tracks worthless/useless, but you are interested in just changing the pillars of any of your roads, you may use the Network Skins 2 mod.

So, who is this train tracks for?
1.- Primarily for myself.
2.- People who do not want to subscribe/use big assets/roads.
3.- People who do not have hardware resources enough to subscribe/use to big assets/roads.
4.- People who are tired of the default vanilla roads but do not want to use mods.
5.- People with any other good reason.

If you are looking for something better and more useful, there are several options in the workshop:

———-

I got visually tired and bored of the cross bracing in the vanilla elevated train track and its pillars.

So, I dumped the textures, disabled the cross bracing, recolored and sharpened them to get rid of that horrible rusty color and replaced the original pillars with the pillars of the metro tracks.

No mod needed to use them regularly. Just subscribe and use. No complications.

These are only the regular double tracks. I have no plans for one-way single tracks.

These tracks should not cause blue mantle/clipping problems, because they are vanilla tracks with slightly modified textures.

Remember, you cannot make outside connections with custom roads/tracks. You first need to make the connection with a vanilla roads/tracks and then you can connect the custom tracks of your choice, to those vanilla outside connections.

Also, before unsubscribing from any custom network, you should delete them first from your savegame.
