Since it has been broken for the past few years because of the now incompatible Larger Footprints Mod, I decided to fix this beautiful asset and save it from collecting more dust. I removed the mod dependency and the weird advertisements on the texture and remade it as a park. The park template is a much safer way to use buildings with the RICO mod than the unique building template. This can cause issues because it is supposed to be unique, not multiple like with RICO. This way you can safely place it several times as an office / commercial / residential building.
If you are using RICO, the building functions as an office with 200 workplaces. Otherwise, it is just a park.
The Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre (also called East Tower) is a 530-metre (1,739 ft) tall mixed-use skyscraper in Guangzhou, Guangdong, which was completed in October 2016. It is the tallest completed building in Guangzhou, the third-tallest in China, and the seventh-tallest in the world (according to Wikipedia).
