CS was stupid and refused to update this as I expected so I had to delete the last upload and replace it with this one so sorry.
This is a 61 floor, 227 meter tall building. It is Unique and not based on anything else.
This is a Ploppable Rico office building with 720 offices
The asset uses all 512×1024 textures for the main model and 1024×1024 for the lod textures. There is no color choice textures.
