Assets in this Collection are small, 1×1, 2×2, 2×3 and 3×3. All are level 1 so make them historical so they can level-up without changing appearance.
There are many low residential shacks and shanties and many high residential tenements.
There are a handful of commercial shacks and tenements and a few industrial shacks.
Service pack includes healthcare, deathcare, elementary & high school, post office, police, fire, garbage, electricity and park.
