Description:

In continuing with our theme of spookiness, here is a house that is surely haunted. It is, in fact, so haunted that even the most ardent of skeletons bring extra underpants when they visit.

About
We’ve got befries, old wood, rust, a doormat with a freaking spider on it, a chirbat spire decoration, broken windows that show what appears to be a portal to the other world. Some people do colouring books, and that’s this. I had a lot of fun making the house.

Colour mapping affects the walls, so yep, if you’ve got painter it can be a malevolent mauve. But by default it comes in four grim shades, which I thought suited.

Asset stats:
It’s a park structure, Costs 5000 to plop, upkeep is about 40 per week. Draws more low-wealth tourists than medium or high. Cheap thrills, I suppose. It’s a funhouse thing, so it does produce sewage, require water and produce garbage.

It’s propped up fully. I needed some good overgrowth and pdelmos Ultra-Fine-Tall-Lush-Grass, IMHO, is the best pound-for-pound clumps of grass asset going. So, that is a requirement. I will post the source stuff below if you want to prop it up yourself without it. There are a few vanilla ashpalt decals to prevent grass growing from underneath the path to the house, and there is one entry point. Cims go in, get spooked and leave.

The footprint is 4×4 and the path to the home should snug up against a road or sidewalk.

Models and textures
This one’s a bit heavy. It is not meant to be a growable. But as a plop once or twice park, sure, I think that’s acceptable. It consists of three meshes.

The house itself is 3,342 tris. Lod is 145.
House textures are 2,048 and 256.

There is a decoration mesh, which includes the lattice work and some decals on the house.
Tris there are 280 and 1 (the lod is just a single invisible triangle). You really can’t tell from a distance.
Textures for the decorations are 512 and 32.

Then there’s the yard, which includes the walls and gate.
It’s 550 tris, with the lod being 100.
Textures there are 1024 and 128×256.

So, enjoy. Visit and shart your underpants. : D
