Wealthy European Suburbs style
A selection of Residential Low buildings of opulent XIXth century villas for your citizens who have done rather well for themselves. Assets are mostly German or French Gründerzeit/Belle Epoque but there are also a few art nouveau and modern additions from level 4 onwards, added when relevant or architecturally interesting.
This should already look posh enough from level 1, but this really will look best in level 4/5, so better with high land value and educated citizens. Prefers big plots 4×4, 3×4, 4×3, given size of mansions. Will work well as a transition out of city centre to more modern suburbs, and with plenty of parks/tennis courts.
All credits of course go to the asset creators – this is just a selection. Special credits to Titan’s Dresden buildings in particular which fit the style perfectly.
INSTALLATION
To install a style with all its assets:
In the main menu, go from Content Manager -> Styles (on the left) -> Subscribe to All on the style you downloaded.
Then in game, make a district and set the building style to that theme.
There might be issues with the above so I also created a collection with all the assets – just subscribe to all directly in workshop rather than in game (in addition to subscribing to the district theme)

Some assets for some reason do not spawn and do not get loaded to the style – this will help you troubleshoot that.
