Props are minimal, and base of building is meant to be decorated. Condos like these in Brazil usually have a ground structure/security wall, parking, etc. Building can be elevated for this purpose, but for simplicity a wall will create the look.
Building has multiple submeshes for glass and water, and to use the pool textures from my other buildings, and to give AC their own texture to save space on the main texture, and make it easy to reuse or separate into props. Also this fits my texturing workflow better.
