Tram: Metrolink M5000
When Manchester, England, embarked on an overhaul programme for its Metrolink light-rail network, this included the purchase of new vehicles. The choice fell on Bombardier’s Flexity Swift family. More specifically, a version derived from the K5000 running in Cologne, Germany.
