UPDATE: Scaled down the drone to be less intrusive, altered the hologram, added a LOD, and replaced the civilian properties with the dog properties so that it would stop riding around on a bike.
I got ambitious with this one. This is a drone that spawns as a dog, but is a flying drone.
It has a holographic advertisement that is double sided. I tried very hard to get the animated UV map to work with this, but I just do not have the know-how to apply it to a civilian. It isn’t perfect, or what I set out to do, but It is kinda fun. It hovers over peoples heads so it may do some odd clipping in some places like doorways or ceilings, but what doesn’t have weird clipping in this game.
The screen shots taken in Blender are not exact to the holograms that appear in-game, I added the hologram in the photo post screen shot, because the transparencies are either 0 or 100%.

Newly subscribed civilians may take some to spawn. As your city grows they will start to appear more often. Don’t worry, they will show up.
