At Mills & Co. Coal we do just that!
A thick 21 story office tower to cram up a good city block in any locale looking for that cyberpunk or future vibe!
Elevated on a support pillar in the centre, this building features ground level parking under the second floor, and a rooftop plaza.
A colourful building in it’s own rights, but hosts a daunting totalitarian feel. With concrete, rusted metal, and etched glass windows this building gives off just enough authority, but caves-in to artistic vision, to complete a stoic and strong structure.
Low waste accumulation, but at a cost.
