Gambling, and as you go up, the stakes get higher. Nobody knows what happens up top, as nobody has come back down… at least the same way.
Operating as a casino for the public, there seems to be lots more taking place since this tower was built and while this tower may be fancy at a glance and quite stunning at certain angles, it has clearly got an undertone… mob ties? government affiliates? an evil villain? nobody knows for sure.. but speculation has tourists visiting in droves!

Made as a concept for learning and of course to be used in a city.
I made the textures for this myself, and the concept just kind of started with practice for something, but I went with it, and came up with this, which is like maybe a friggin chess board building. It’s shabby chic to me, and certainly cyberpunk or tech nonetheless, but it has some Utopian aspects and also quite modern ones as well.
As basic as this is, I hope whoever subs, enjoys it in their city.
