This is a BIG ASSET, with a high Triangle Count and large textures!
It’s a showpiece not a filler.
I wouldn’t place a bunch of them in your closeup areas… please don’t bother.

This is a future version of a business that exists in my hometown and is massively re-thought. However, I am going to be creating an actual model of the real building, which is only a couple stories tall and nonetheless another staple of my community.
Another addition to my growing collection of cyberpunk assets! I will add that this is a tower that will fit into my steampunk style assets as well.

Once again, another showpiece, not for mass placement.
Once a piece of art, and a staple in the growing metropolis of yesterday it’s safe to say, that this building is falling apart! Rust and faded colours and no indications of change, just a sign of the times I guess! Totalitarian, dystopian, retro-futuristic, and very 80s.. this tower is going to bring intelligent life directly to your doorstep.. top alien theorists believe.
This building turned out really well!

I’ve been working tirelessly, to release a style pack and have made plenty of assets in just the past couple months.
That being said there are other artists on this platform fully deserving of any prospective donations before my cause as I’ve only just taken my kick at the can and they’ve been at it for years in cases.
Since December however, I’ve come from envying those who owned this game, to creating content. And regardless of money, I plan on continued development of assets long into the future.
