not required for the buildings, but for some props.

highly recommend using BOB, the Tree and Prop Replacer 0.6.2 to change the props I’ve placed on the buildings if you want.

and No Radioactive Desert And More! to make your industrial area look cleaner and reduce the haze.

Underground malls, towers, and greenhouses start to pack your industrial areas as space wears thin.

Designed with a steampunk/cyberpunk aesthetic, while drawing from mainstream sci-fi ideas. These are going to give your industrial area an entirely new look which is meant to be more inviting with some shopping centres yet still not quite commercial.
