What you’re here for:
There are three billboards in this pack.
They each fit within one tile.

I used the Unicorn Sign template so it’s there in the tabs.
They all scroll, on three side of the cylinder, separate from one another, and at varying speeds.
They all flash or fade at varying intensities.
They turn off during the day in a randomised manner.

Proper mods to ease the use of this
My computer sucks and this was a time consuming process.. as with many of my assets created.
I’m running on 6-7gigs of ram, and just hope to get another computer as I can only upgrade this (all in one) pc to 16GB.

Saving for a new PC
They are developed with my cyberpunk city in mind, as I want a lot of lights and advertisements.
I did this as a proof of concept for myself, and I did well for my first animated anything for anything.. heh
This brings in tonnes of concepts for me, as I also realised how to specifically move the parts, and not just the UVs, so bring it on! Let the learning continue!
Hopefully, if you are aspiring to this type of asset creation, this serves as motivation.

I’ve been working tirelessly, to release a style pack and have made plenty of assets in just the past couple months.
That being said there are other artists on this platform fully deserving of any prospective donations before my cause as I’ve only just taken my kick at the can and they’ve been at it for years in cases.
Since December however, I’ve come from envying those who owned this game, to creating content. And regardless of money, I plan on continued development of assets long into the future.
