P-46 Soviet Tenement
Soviet 12-storey residential buildings of П-46 (P-46) series.
Сonstruction period: 1971-1998
This pack contains four versions of this building.
Two with full-painted panels and two with only half of them coloured.
Both has a glass balcony version.
The P-46 project can be safely called a "long-lived" mass development. This is due to the well-thought-out design and good operational characteristics of the housing.
Czech architects took part in the design of the series.
However, in the late 90s, the approach to the technology of construction of multi-storey buildings changed, and the construction of buildings under the P-46 project was reduced to a minimum.
Subsequently, the series was repeatedly modernized and improved, as a result of which the P-46M, IP-46S, IP-46M projects were developed on its basis, in which, among other things, the number of rooms in apartments increased to four.
The P-46 series is not included in the list of houses to be demolished. Since the beginning of the 2000s, its mass rehabilitation has been carried out.
