This land is ravaged by an impressive volcanic eruption. Molten lava flows come out of the 3 craters of the Gorgoroth volcano. From each craters burst explosions of toxic gases as well as dark smoke. This is thanks to the brand new ” Effects ” module for the procedural objects mod.
You who come here, strangers, guard yourself and guard your soul carefully ……. Here begins the Empire of Death !!!
Hell is the most desolate territory you can visit …
Cowards and whiners, will you have the mental strength to build a city here? Probably not ….

Run away, as far and fast as you can !!! Look for a more welcoming territory ….
Surrounded by the "Mists of Despair" and located at the feet of the "Picks of Sorrow", Hell is a barren plain devastated by the eruption of the "Gorgoroth volcano" … Once blossoming, a small village is nothing but ruins and ashes … Almost all the trees have withered away … Greenery no longer has a place here …
The "Styx river" flows through the country and runs alongside the "Charred Forest". Downstream from the "Cascade of Tears" is the "Swamp of Misery". Here, near the water, some trees resisted death, others began to turn brown … last days of slow agony …
"Blighted Lake" was a vast body of water but, deprived of its tributaries, it quickly dried up … Now only a few putrid pools remain …
The telluric forces which generated the volcano, also created a long fault, the "Echidna’s Mouth". Here and there, geysers project boiling water …
In the mountains, the last survivors built the "Hades Palace", in honor of the god of the underworld. Did they think they would calm his anger in this way ??? Nothing has gone for the best ….. It is said that an epidemic has decimated the population and that all were buried in the "Demon Grave Canyon". Around an ancient pyramid, the corpses were piled here and there in burial mounds … A legend reports that an abominable monster haunts the country … The "Lair of the Beast" would be a pond of molten magma. ..
Myth or truth …. Here, after so many misfortunes, we no longer really know how to distinguish the true from the false …. for a while, it was said that two clans clashed violently in the "Frozen Battlefield” … it would not be true … a witness, (but can we believe it?) reversed this tale … according to him, guilty and innocent would have been massively executed by hanging. This sinister gallows would have generated the craziest rumors …. one would be tempted to believe it … snow and frost in Hell …. madness ….

To maximize the strange and disturbing aspect of this map we strongly advise you to keep the "Mists of Despair" ie the edge fog as well as the clouds. So please don’t activate the "Clouds & Fog Toggler" mod !!!
For DLC owners, in addition, activate the day / night cycle, dynamic weather and natural disasters. Hell is the ideal place to be shaken by earthquakes and it would be really incomprehensible to be deprived of storms, cyclones and meteorite drops !!! Alas, there are no oceans here, so no terrifying stunamis …
Ghost trains fly in the air between the 2 abandoned factories. We advise you to subscribe to steam trains for a more ghostly rendering !!!
