DDR industrial warehouses BLK
These assets are RICO only!
Hello Folks,
this week’s asset is a large pack of a East German industrial multi-purpose warehouses. Included are 11 different sized warehouses with varying heights and facade designs.
All of these buildings consist of prefabricated concrete panels and window inserts, a combined amount of 48 different pieces. These warehouses can be found all over former East Germany, with varying uses and designs.
This is the first pack to represent these buildings, another pack will probably be released somewhere in the future.
Naming scheme:
The 11 included buildings have been named after the size of their footprint, ranging from 6×3 to 72×24 meters.
The "BLK" stands for the German word "Betonleichtbaukombinat", which is the name of the company which produced these buildings.
The attached "-WH" and "-PW" stand for warehouse and passage way respectively.
In-game:
The buildings can be found under their names, starting with "DDR BLK" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
All white concrete surfaces are colormapped, but stay white by default.
The buildings are defined as unique buildings, and are only useable in conjuction with the RICO mod.
Warehouses with atleast one number which is deviseable by 8, are flush with the lot boundaries.
All other buildings aren’t flush with the plot, when placing them next to each other, Move It is required.
All buildings share the same main texture file. Using the Loading Screen Mod to tremendously cut down on file size is advised.
