Compact City Interchange v2.0
A nice, compact highway – avenue interchange. Really good for inner city highways, can handle medium -to -high loads in vanilla, and can handle extreme load with Traffic Manager.
Use with Traffic Manager:

Use the "change lane arrows" tool to disable forward and left traffic on the exists onto the avenues(see example image).
This will force the AI to take the longer way round as intended by the design of the interchange and will clean up any congestion on the interchange.
If you want, I also made 3 filler parks, to plug the holes that the design left:
