The Capitol is a futuristic city which sits protected in the rocky mountains, it is the seat of government in the nation of Panem. as well as the most populated and wealthiest place in the nation. The Capitol is known for its luxury as well as its power and authority.
This is a small brazier for decorative use, these are seen several times in the Hunger Games films and they are always lit so I added a fire effect to this prop. Two more sizes to come in the near future!
