Pack of four contemporary suburban homes on small lots. These homes are based on designs that are generally found in the Southeast United States, but could work in a number of settings.
Lots are pre-decorated and are designed to be used with either no side yard buffer or 1x side buffer. Rear buffer looks best with 2x.

UPDATE: 11/3/21 – Experimenting with custom LODs for 3005A and 3005B. 1679 series still uses autogenerated for now.
