A small one storied Art Deco building that fits nicely in small north American towns, suburbs or some Art Deco-themed environment. Based on a building from Los Angeles, USA.
In game this is a low commercial level 1 (LC1) growable building on a 2×2 plot. Comes without additional required props. You can either grow it or plop it using Plop The Growables, search for "art deco" or "rl" using Find It!.

LOD: 22 Tris, 128×32 Maps
Shares it’s texture with the office version, use LSM to minimise your RAM-load.
