Lore — Off in the middle of the Pacific Ocean rose a volcanic island. The island, which was discovered by an accidental shipwreck, quickly attracted prospective entrepreneurs for its discovery of the largest oil deposit in the world. After years of exploitation of the island, the inhabitants had had enough of the oil giants. New policies and changes of leadership sought to retake the island back to its original glory. It was time to take the green from the pockets of the businessmen, and put the green back into the trees.
City Layout — The city is based on a dense urban and green paradise. Inspirations for some of the city structures come from real-life cities such as Tokyo, Hong Kong, Seoul, Las Vegas, and Toronto. A viaduct highway runs through half of the city in order to provide connections between commercial and industrial zones. An international airport is tucked into the corner to bring in tourists. A reasonable university is used as the main teaching method for highly educated workers for the city. An oil field provides a portion of the island’s income and is neighbored by the largest park in the city.
