Based on a heightmap of Newport, Oregon, but with a lot of changes.

460.000 trees on the map, so you’ll need the Unlimited Trees mod. I used some low poly trees closer to the edge of the map to try to make it a little lighter.
No Radioactive Desert and More is on the required mods because some trees are placed really close to the water, but it’s not vital, it’ll be fine if you don’t subscribe to it.
